ITEM HAS AGED IN A BOX ON A STORE SHELF FOR YEARS … we have a huge inventory of many pattern books that will be listed soon. MOST LOOK LIKE NEW… LOOK LIKE THEY WERE NOT EVEN HANDLED MUCH AT ALL OR EVEN OPENED JUST AGED AND DUSTY LOOKING ON EGDES.  A FEW MAY HAVE PEN WRITTEN PRICES ON THE COVER.  A FEW HAVE PARTIAL BINDER TEAR. MOST ARE IN VERY GOOD CONDITION.   PAGES ARE IN VERY GOOD CONDITION.
***Please note that our items come from estate sales, warehouse sales, store closing sales and are stored at a non-smoking warehouse.  SOME items may have been stored for long periods of time before we receive them and/or are posted for purchase.  Some items may be vintage or new with tags so we do not launder items.  All items we purchase are requested that they be laundered before we receive them.  We cannot verify a non-smoking or no pet household before purchase therefore we sell all items AS IS.
